Did feeding your baby solids help them sleep better?

My Lo gets baby good after her 6 pm bottle and she will down the whole tub. Then at 8 I nurse her before bed and she has a 5 hr stretch then a dream feed then we get up at 8. She was like that before we introduced solids so I don’t think it has changed anything.

I started mixing Gerber rice cereal in Zekes bottles and now he sleeps way better through the night.
