What do you do when people ask if you’re pregnant

My husband and I have been doing fertility treatment for awhile and all our family knows. We are pregnant again and still very early at only 6 weeks. We have a history of recurrent miscarriage so I’m not ready to share this pregnancy just yet. But we are heading to visit family soon and I’m afraid it’s going to come up in conversation. I’m not a good liar and also kind of superstitious. I feel bad saying no I’m not pregnant when I really am. What would you say if the question came up?
