Worried is it actually Implantation Bleeding??

I'm not trying to get pregnant. In my post from yesterday with the 5 day brown discharge and 2 day bleeding lightly. People said it was aunt flow but today the consistently light bleeding has stopped and its just a tiny bit of spotting and now I'm worried. I don't know what it is am I'm freaking out. I forgot to mention that I have stress from school and took too emergency contraceptives in one month. I forgot I took 1 this month and a couple weeks later I took another. I don't know if thag contributes to any of this at all.
