Does it make me a creepy friend that I notice when my friends change their relationship status on Facebook and their profile picture is no longer her and her fiancé, it’s just her?

Nope not creepy at all. Unless you’re constantly checking her profile and she didn’t publicly post the life change then it could be a little creepy. The profile picture is more obvious than the relationship unless they were posted on her timeline or your news feed.

If you’re looking at her profile daily then yes. If you scroll past it on your news feed, no.
