So confused 🤕 Help

For starters my body is always playing tricks on me. I’m fairly irregular with endometriosis. For three days straight after my last period I had EWCM-cramping, nausea. I figured I ovulated early. We had sex multiple times that week, and during af. The days following I had creamy cm then it dried up. Then for about a week now I’ve had globby creamy cm, mild cramping, nausea, headaches, back pain, moody, bloating, gassy, sore breasts. I thought for sure I might be pregnant but 4 tests say BFN. If I did indeed ovulate when I assumed (tracking cm/ cervix) I’d be around 15dpo but got BFN this morning. Glow says af due in another 7 days but I’m super confused as to what’s going on. Wouldn’t I have BFP by now?
