UTI 😳

So I’ve never gotten a uti before but I’m pretty sure I have one right now. I live on a college campus with no car so getting to a doctor to get antibiotics isn’t really an option for me. Anyone know if utis go away pretty easily on their own? Also any tips on what I should be doing to help it go away?
