BFN but have all the pregnancy symptoms

Hi all.

Me and my husband have been trying for baby no2 for over 8months I thought this was my month I have all the same symptoms I had first time around sore boobs, cramps which I know can also be pmt but tiredness feeling overwhelmingly sick to the point of heaving and feeling dizzy-faint.

Here’s my issue my period came right on time yesterday morning however is very light today and all tests showing negative could this happen or am I being hopeful and completely delusional?.
