Emergency Contraception Help!

I took the morning after pill (EContra EZ) on 4/23/18. This past Friday (4/27) I noticed spotting but I had read that’s a common side effect so I didn’t think twice about. However, on Saturday and as of today, I have had enough bleeding that I have to wear tampons and/or pads.

Is this normal? I don’t feel any pain such as cramps although I do have a headache. I should go to urgent care to have them check? Wait it out? Or schedule an appointment with my gynaecologist as soon as possible?
