Prenatal care quandry....

I am super blessed to be 4wks pregnant (naturally) at the age of 41. My partner is my best friend. We have grown up together and both recently went through long and nasty divorces. Mine just concluded mid March. So... I purchased a less expensive comprehensive (No drug treatment or women's health services included) private health insurance because I qualified for our State "family planning only" coverage... I am freaking out because I just found out the "family planning" only includes family prevention... no pregnancy or birth services. I cannot remarry legally until I am 23wks preggers to be on his insurance. I cannot get a new plan due to my "pre-existing" condition. To make matters worse, my last two labors were only 3hrs and 1.5 hrs long. This one may be only 45min. Should I pay privately for birthing center care? How much is that? Homebirth? Do I even qualify being so old?
