Does going braless really help lift your breast?

Breasts sag naturally. It is true that wearing a bra does cause the muscle that’s suppose to support our breasts to weaken (or never fully form if you’ve been wearing a bra since you first started growing breasts). Honestly, no matter what your boobs (and everyone else’s) are going to sag.

Bras can make your boobs sad more in the long run because it does the lifting for you instead of training your chest muscles to do it. So going braless and trying to work those muscles can make you a bit perkier. 
But that only works to a point. Like if you have a D or bigger, then good luck getting those muscles strong enough purely from going braless, you will likely make the sagging worse, it’s just too much weight.

Yeah it's said that it helps develop your chest muscles because they hold up your breasts without depending on the bra. Mine definitely seem perkier after I stopped wearing bras but it could depend on the person, breast size, etc
