Am I wrong?

Probably going to be long, but I need some advice.

My husband and I have been together for 7 years, and we've truly struggled. He works at a pizza place, has never drove a car, loaded a dishwasher, hadn't pumped gas until we met..the list goes on. I literally take care of everything for him. The house work, his laundry, getting him to and from work, bills, grocery shopping, caring for the baby, plus my own full time job.

Our daughter turns 1 in May, and before we had her, he was an avid marijuana smoker. I never minded, it's not my thing, but if that's all he's doing, we're fine. He blew SO much money on it! Once she came, we decided he take a break and focus on family for a bit. Then, he decided to join the national guard, and had to be clean for a while.

Suddenly, he's started back again. Fine, no biggie. I do have a rule that he doesn't care for our baby unattended, when he's high, though. Simply because we have solid hardwood floors, and he gets very tired or finds it hard to focus after he's smoked.

I'm driving him to work today, and he asks if he can buy 20 dollars worth, and it absolutely infuriated me! I stayed silent. He throws up that I spent $60 yesterday on things that we would never use..our local dollar generals are having an everything $1 and under sale, so I wiped out all of their children's shoes, because my Sister in law is a social worker, and her office does year round sho drives! I was doing something GOOD! But, it's thrown up in my face as what feels like a method to manipulate me.

I'm exhausted. I'm depressed. I'm sad. My marriage is failing, I work too much, my house is NEVER clean, we can't seem to get ahead of the bills, I'm caring for my dad with dementia, I'm stressed the hell out. But I mentioned wanting to have a beer with a close female friend during the carnival a couple weeks ago, and he couldn't stand it, but, it's fine for him to stay out until 2 AM getting high? And blowing our money on it? WHEN DO I GET A BREAK!!!

Am I wrong for being angry with him? What would you ladies do.
