Is this miscarriage or not?

I am 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant yesterday I have light red bleeding with small clots,no pain so I went to the doctor took a pregnancy test the doctor say its negative and I am should watch it because he cannot do anything this morning I took a cheap test,I still feel  pregnant,can someone please tell me if you ever experienced this,I am not giving up.

Sounds like you could be having a chemical. Keep testing or have your levels checked.
