Accidentally took 2 Day after pills

Ok so I forgot I took a day after pill once this month the day after sex and ended up taking one two weeks later 3 days after sex. Could this cause me to have brown discharge for 3 days and lightly bleed for only 2? Or could this be implantation bleeding? Also the amount of blood took a whole day and a half yesterday and the day before together to fill a maxi pad. Now today it's pretty much gone just a little blood when I wipe.
