Work at home

Long story short...

The company I’ve been at for the last year just got bought by a bigger corporate place. They’ve offered all of us positions and our entire team has signed on to stay with this new company.

We’ve had the chance to work from home a day or two each week, but now this new place has an all or nothing policy with working from home.

My commute will go from 30/35 min side roads during rush hour to 45/50 min highway not during rush hour.

I need pros and cons of working at home. Because I think I’ll lose my sanity with that commute.
