My boob(s) hurt!!

AF is currently a week late and I am having all sorts of hormonal symptoms. I noticed my boobs and areolas looking larger last week, especially the left side one. Today is cycle day 36 and I am normally a very regular 28-29 day cycle. Also today the slightly bigger left breast has been extremely sore to the touch, especially on the sides. I keep having slight cramps right under my belly button. And I kind of feel like I'm running a fever.
