Son nursing while TTC

My son is a few months shy of turning 2 & still nurses about 1-3 day and before bed. I finally got my first PP cycle last month, took an ovulation test and found out when I was ovulating. Now I’m 3 days late, but I know my period is just late and all wonky. I have absolutely no pregnancy symptoms or close to it haha. I took a pregnancy test the day before I was supposed to get Aunt Flo and it was negative. Anyone not get any symptoms for a while when they were pregnant? Last pregnancy I had sore boobs and exhaustion right at 2 weeks and just felt something was up. I’m eternally optimistic so I’m hoping the test was wrong and taken too early, but also know my body and know I’m not pregnant. Anyway, any tips on what to do or try to conceive while breastfeeding? I’ve heard vitamin b6 can help?
