After Depo
I was on the depo shot for at least two years maybe more. My last shot was due at the end of Jan 2018 & I didn’t get it. I stopped having periods on the shot. & in March I had a week of light spotting. I didn’t fill a tampon but needed more than a panty liner. The same thing happened April 16-19 & it started again on Friday (April 27). Should I track these as periods?? Does it take time for ovulation to come back?
