Ultrasound results help!!

Hi ladies!! So I had a mid cycle ultrasound done to check for fibroids. The tech kindly showed me the screen and said she doesn't believe I have fibroids. I asked her about my follies and she said I had 6 on my right and there's a dominant one. Only 1 tiny one on my left. She couldn't tell if I ovulated yet but said if I did or will, it will be that follicle to release an egg. My results came back and everything seemed normal. My lining was 8mm, ovaries normal. The last sentence in report says, "No significant free fluid in pelvis." Does that mean that there IS some free fluid? The word significant is kind of throwing me off...I know that when you ovulate, free fluid can show on the ultrasound. I also had a positive opk 2 days prior as well. Thanks ladies!
