1st scan

I am currently 13 weeks today, i have my 1st scan this coming Thursday! So excited and nervous at the same time.. I have had 2 previous mcs but never made it this far, I am blessed I've hit the 13 week mark!! I haven't had any sickness throughout this pregnancy since finding out just been nauseous and had other symptoms. Im so nervous for my scan next week, I have done some tests and they all come back positive.. does this mean everything is okay? would it still show positive if anything has gone wrong?
