Pain during sex

Hi everyone! This my first time posting. I’ve been married to my husband for 12 years. Before We married, I had only experienced sex with two different boyfriends. To make a long story short, I never felt the burning sensation/ pain. But with my husband it happens often and I cannot figure out why. Any advice/insight would be appreciated.
