I Lost Custody Temporary

My ex convinced me to sign a custody agreement to break the daycare contract to save money. We live in two different states and we’ve coparented well so I thought.

The daycare required proof of change in custody to break it. He then went behind my back and filed it in court. I have proof in a text where he said it was for the school only previously when I said I didn’t like the agreement, but the judge told me if she used that evidence I could be charged with fraud.

I don’t care about any fraud charge, he paid the daycare so it benefited him. I’m sick over this and pro se.

My state has legal jurisdiction but he filed emergent relief as to say my child was in immediate danger, which gave his state jurisdiction, then waited four days to pick him up.

I’m fighting to prove my case, but I feel like this is a crazy Lifetime movie.
