Spotting need advice.

Hi Guys need some advice. I started the pill for about a week and quickly got off it because I was getting bad symptoms. I got the normal withdrawal bleeding and that was about 3 weeks ago but the last 2 days I have been spotting again. And I’m wondering if that is still the effects of the pill or implantation bleeding.

My period is due next week I am really not sure what’s going. Other than the spotting I have no symptoms.
