Anybody go thru the same thing?

I removed my birth control in February. I got my period March & this month I found out I was pregnant. Friday I took my daughter to get checked at the hospital for a bad fever & I got myself checked too. My daughter has bronchitis and an ear infection. I was diagnosed with a threatened miscarriage. I don’t know why. I never said I was bleeding. I only told them I had pain on my left side once. Then they found a cyst on my right ovary. They told me my hcg level was 243 and I guess that’s low. My first dr appt is tomorrow. Wish me luck & any advice helps
