Too Small, Forcing Formula

My daughter was born 6lbs 7oz and 18 inches.

At three weeks she was 7lbs 7oz.

At 2 months she was 8lbs 8oz and was sleeping 8 hours straight at night. Doc said start waking her up once a night to feed, so I started doing that.

At 2.5 months she was 9lbs 3oz.

At 3 months she is 10lbs 6oz and 22.5 inches.

Doc said she is following her curve but is at the bottom of the growth chart and needs to keep waking for night feedings. My sons all were bigger by this age. She is EBF and I pump 10oz a day after her 1am feeding, and doc is being pushy about formula and/or starting solids early. She has 6 to 10 wet diapers and poops every other day and seems content after feedings.

She also just moved into 0-3 month clothes and they are big on her.

Should I change peds? Should I be concerned for her weight?
