Opinions: Glow Sonogram Example Vs Mine

We had our first sonogram on the 24th, it was vaginal. We thought we were 8 weeks 2 days but the doctor told us we were 6 weeks based on measurements and the baby's heart beat of 124. We don't care how far along we are, as long as the end result is a healthy baby.. but then today, 5 days later, glow showed me this.

Our baby WAS visible and looked like a small baby moving around on the screen, we could even make out the arm buds. Our printed pictures aren't great.. but even so it's more than just a "small circular area."

I trust that my doctor knows what he's talking about, but this leaves me confused.
