Baby girl
Has a thick milky residue on her tongue. Nowhere else just her tongue. How do I go about getting it off? She has an appointment Thursday to make sure it’s not thrush, which I’m positive it’s not. My first baby had thrush & this looks nothing like he had. Anyway, do I give her water to rinse it? Or use a cloth?
