Aug 18 mommies.. are you and spouse celebrating this Mother’s Day?

Are you guys celebrating or waiting till next year after having the baby? Do you expect a gift or card from spouse?

Last mothers day I was still pregnant. Had my girl a few weeks after. I didn't expect or what anything. This year I'm 7 months pregnant and have an almost 1 year old. I expect a damn parade.

Nothing special, but we will be acknowledging the day. We have waited so long for this, and it was so hard to not be considered a mother for years even though I had carried 6 lives (however briefly). You are a mother the second you start changing your life for the benefit of your child.

Yes even though I lost my baby I’ll still be celebrating. Congrats to all of you & I pray you all have a safe & happy rest of your pregnancy ♥️

My husband will be gone on mother's day for military training but I'm sure he will take me out for dinner when he gets back 😊 I really don't want/expect too much more, I think all those extra little days become just another excuse to buy stuff and I'm not really into that.

last year we went to the zoo while I was pregnant with our son, this year we have a 18 mo and I'm 6 mo pregnant with our daughter. he better be celebrating or he can forget father's day 😂😂

This Mother’s Day will be sad for me because that was my due date from my last pregnancy (miscarriage). But on the bright aide I would be one week away from being in my third trimester with this current pregnancy.

I have a 2 year old son so we will be celebrating anyways. when I was pregnant with my first we didn't celebrate besides being told happy mothers day.

We are waiting until the next one.  I want to “go big” this year for my mom, as it is the last year she doesn’t have to share with me!  
So this year is all about my mom :) 
(Would be doing the same with MIL but unfortunately we don’t have a good relationship with her)

Last Mother’s Day was hard for me because we had just had a chemical pregnancy a few months before. So this one is important to me because I’m the mommy of an angel and I’m 23 weeks with a little boy. My husband is planning something but I’m not sure what just yet. Also I plan on going all out for my mom because she’s finally a grandma.

my first mothers day i didn't do a thing and was pregnant with my daughter. my second mothers day my MIL and her mom took me out to eat. we had a mother's dinner and they bought me a necklace. this year I'm not sure what we are doing but my birthday is always super close to mothers day
