Emotional!!!

I'm 17 weeks pregnant and so very emotional about the most random things and tonight I am feeling really sad about my in laws' dog. We are currently watching her while they're on a trip for a few daysand she is in so much pain, limping and doing this stiff walk everywhere she goes. Her name is Payton and she's a Golden Retriever. She had double elbow dysplasia surgery 7 weeks ago and is about 25 lbs overweight right now due to limited movement and all the steroids she's been on. They are beginning to get concerned about the possibility of diabetes too. You guys!!! This poor dog is only 2.5 years old. I know she isn't mine but we spend a ton of time around her and I feel sad to see any animal in pain. She's so young to have so many health probs:(
