Going crazy...

Tomorrow I go in for an ultrasound for an ovarian cyst that was 6cm last month... just found out that I’m pregnant about a week ago but didn’t tell my OB yet... I should be 5 weeks and 4 days tomorrow based on LMP with due date of 12/27... had 3 previous miscarriages in the last 10 months... diagnosed with MTHFR... have 2 toddlers already... I’ve no really distinguishing symptoms yet other than peeing more, tender boobies here and there, insomnia, and the last week I can’t stop thinking about peanut butter and pickles (obviously I haven’t eaten them like that yet but seriously think it sounds delicious... lol) and today I took a bite of chocolate cake that my husband bought and immediately thought it needed hot sauce? (Wtf?)

UPDATE: waiting on results of the cyst, but got to see gestational sac with a yolk sac but couldn’t measure it because it was still so small... going in on 5/9 for a confirmation of pregnancy appointment and hope to get another ultrasound and possibly see baby and heartbeat...
