Can teething cause cold symptoms &/or diarrhea?

My little girl has had a runny nose for about a week. Put off her 6 month shots because of it.

This weekend, she started having diarrhea with this and a little occasional cough.

She’s still eating just fine and hasn’t ran much temp. The highest I’ve seen it get is 100.5.

She seems in good spirits and I just planned on running this by her pediatrician tomorrow, but I became more concerned because earlier while she was napping, I heard her make a sudden gasp for air and started coughing. Picked her up and she was fine but it FREAKED me out! I know I’m in for an all nighter now.

My guess is maybe she just got chocked up on some of the congestion she’s having but it scared me all the same!

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this before?
