My “friend” thinks I’m dumb.

Keep in mind that she’s 11 too. So she said “When you get your period it means that little eggs are forming in you stomach and if you don’t go get a shot you’ll get pregnant by yourself.” I went to a sex Ed class at school and they showed a video so I am aware that you need a man in order to get pregnant. So the next day she said “I’m gaining so much weight! I hate being pregnant with twins” She actually meant it but I thought that she was just crazy about Beyoncé having twins(even though she had them a while ago). Please help me explain to her that she’s crazy. And no I’m not dumb just asking for a friend.
