My first period after BC that is😊

My husband and I got married last Aug. We decided to wait a few months to start trying to kids. In Feb. I stopped BC. I know it can take time for your period to come back after the pill and everyone and everything online says to just wait it out. Well just twiddling my thumbs over here wanting to start trying for a baby! It has been three months, and I'm still pretty impatient...waiting for my period or even ovulation. I have been doing a lot of research and trying to eat cleaner and live a healthier lifestyle. I stumbled across a supplement called Vitex. I read a ton about it cuz I was a bit skeptical. Almost every that used it said they had gotten their period within a week or 2 of taking it. I tried not to get my hopes up and firgured it probably wouldn't work like that for me, but I'd try it. Well exactly 1 week after taking it (once or twice a day and accidentally skipping a day) I woke up with my period! I feel like a young girl who got her period for the first time! I have never been so excited to get a period, I know things are making progress now!! Ladies, Vitex is great! I know some have had to wait much longer then me without a period after BC but I can tell you waiting that long was long enough for me! Also, I have always had horrible PMS and this time there was hardly anything!

Trust me though, I won't always be excited about my period...just this time! 😉
