please help me

can a biopsy mess up the process of pregnancy.? my doctor put me on sprintec to completely regulate my period because last month I was spotting most of the time I was suppose to be on my period but I ended up missing to days of it 2days after just starting it had unprotected sex around the time I was in my fertile week so my doctor wanted me to stop taking it til we find found if I'm pregnant if i don't get my period on the 9th just this Friday I had a biopsy because I had an abnormal papsmier again for the 2nd year in a row so again my questions are can a biopsy mess up the process of getting pregnant.? and also wanting to know what y'all think about the situations.. really need y'all feed back.! also I've had Like A wholeeeee lot of creamy discharge I've had it for the past 2 weeks especially when I have sexual intercourse
