Heart rate drop

So I've been kept in over night and me and baby have had our observations this morning.... she strapped me up and in this entire pregnancy her heart rate has always been between 145-150 and always stayed that way and was like this yesterday too so no concern needed, I was brought in because I was bleeding, it's stopped now but my concern is if the placenta is playing up... her heart rate dropped down to 110 and it's never been that at all I could see the midwife looking at it for awhile she looked concerned but didn't say anything to me... I have a scan booked today for placenta to see what's going on due to the bleeding.

As anyone else experienced this at all?
