Boyfriend struggles

I’m a 19 y/o who still lives with her family, no job, and no car. My boyfriend works all day, everyday, lives on his own and has a truck. Yesterday he called me to tell me that his friend had gotten kicked out of her house and she needed a place to stay. He stated that he was going to let her move into the spare bedroom. I know very little about her having only met her twice before, but he claims she is a friend he’s known since elementary school. My only way over going over to his house each week is him coming and picking me up. What I’m getting at is, should I be worried about him cheating on me? We’ve been together almost a year now and he’s never given me any reason to think he’d cheat but with me not knowing much about her, it worries me. Should I be concerned about this? Please comment what you think about this situation.
