Anyone successfully transitioned to EBF from triple feeding?

My LO never transferred successfully until after revision of PTT at 8wks the ULT at 12wks. After having his lip done he began consistently transferring about 2oz each feed and my LC suggested trialing every 2 hour BF without supplements. He began pulling 2.5-3 for most feeds but sometimes not taking the boob till closer to 3 hrs.

We have been triple feeding (breast, pump, bottle) since day one and I have had some supply issues on my end due to the poor transfer and some thyroid issues.

Anyone had similar situation of transitioning an older (12wks+) baby off of supplements?
