i don’t live in america so my experience might be a little different, anyway, i went to a gynaecologist because i’m experiencing a burning and stinging sensation when i pee, the doctor asked if i’ve had sex, and i’ve never had sex so obviously i answered no. i thought she’d ask me if i’ve done foreplay or anything but she didn’t so i brushed it off but after googling, people say its important to inform your gynae, but how do i bring it up without being awkward? (in my country, being sexually active is frowned upon, especially in my religion but it just happened and i’m not proud of it :”))

** the burning sensation doesn’t come from my urethra, it’s from my vagina opening
