AF came early! Any tips for me for the next cycle?? Suggestions welcome🙂

So af decided to show up her face 3 days earlier than expected date. Feeling bit more cramping than usual, started with dark brown then tiny red clots. Me and my husband are due for our honeymoon in 2 weeks and hoping May is our month. Any tips for me for the next cycle? What is the recommended vitamins for the guys?? Thank you xx

I got my BFP this cycle and I did A LOT of things so I can’t really pinpoint what worked, but I will share them with you. 😊 
-Raspberry leaf tea every night from cycle day 1. - ovulation 
-Pineapple core, banana, maca powder, bee pollen, coconut oil, kale and spinach, chia seeds, and almond milk smoothies for 5 days after ovulation, then continued to drink them, but without the pineapple core
-Drank Pom juice during the “implantation days”
-Stopped drinking regular coffee and switched to decaf
-no alcohol
-Ate walnuts and Brazilian nuts during the TWW 
-decaf green tea at night 
I think that’s it.....lol basically googled fertility and did everything it said. 😊

I just read taking mucinex thins your cm so it’s easier for sperm to swim up and fertilize your egg, your supposed to take it the week before ovulation I haven’t tried it yet though, good luck
