How to get rid of pimples fast?

How can you get rid of pimples very fast? Like overnight? 
Does tea tree oil work? What about benzoyl peroxide? Lemon juice? Toothpaste? I've even heard olive oil works?
I need answers!!

witch hazel and tea tree works for me.

Alcohol or Witch Hazel will help dry them up quickly but if you have sensitive skin or already dry skin I probably wouldn't do eitger. Also ypu can get some "overnight pimple solutio n" (don't know the name) at Wal-Mart/Target, etc..

Tea tree: kind of works to dry them out
Benzoyl peroxide: didn't do anything for mine
Lemon juice: stings so much and doesn't even do anything 
Toothpaste: STINKS HORRIBLY AND DOESNT WORK
I'm stuck too girl. Nothing works well!
