Temps

So my temp before AF this cycle was 35.80 and day after ovulation it was 36.79 that’s my highest I don’t really get high temps.

Today this morning it was 36.36 but I had the window open all night and the weather was shocking this morning (I’m sat at work with my coat on lol)

Is this low enough for AF or could it just be the window? Currently 16dpo have a feeling in my stomach but I don’t really get AF cramps until period is full on here....and it’s not!

Should I disregard today’s temp or not??
