Bleeding 2 days after sex, 9 weeks pregnant

Hey everyone. So today I am 9 weeks and 3 days. My fiancé and I had sex late Saturday night and at one point we both felt some kind of “pop”, but with zero pain. We stopped immediately and checked and there was no blood. The next day everything seemed normal, until we were fooling around a bit again and I had an orgasm, after I went to use the bathroom a little while later, I had a BM and when I went to wipe I noticed I had some light brownish vaginal discharge accompanied by a small clot. We both freaked and googled everything we could and found that it should be okay, but I am still worried as now it is Monday, 2 days later and I am still having a brownish discharge. No cramping, no pain, but this is scaring me now. I am calling my OB when they open this morning to ask about it and am going for my second appointment on Wednesday, but until then can anyone please give me some advice and put my mind at ease? This is my first pregnancy. Sorry if any of that was TMI, but I wanted to give as much info as possible in case anyone can help me.
