Cramping at 19 weeks normal?

Question

I am 19 weeks 4 days and I woke up this morning with some cramps.  I'm not having any spotting or bleeding but the cramps are also going into my inner thighs and lower back.  I have felt my baby kick a couple times this morning.  I have had a miscarriage previously and cramping was the first symptom.  So I'm not sure if I should worry.  Any opinions or advice?

I had cramps my whole 19th week its was the worst, try to relax, lay down with a heating pad on low

I have them here and there also, 19+2 weeks, and asked my doctor if its normal this late and she said yes (as long as not severe or having bleeding). I also told her since this is my 7th baby shouldn’t my body already be stretched out lol she told me its actually gonna be worse 😳🤦🏼‍♀️ and ill experience more painful cramping than normal people who are carrying their 1 st or 2 nd child 😫

Always call your doc if you’re concerned. It could be any number of normal things (practice contractions, ligament pain, etc) but it’s nice to rule out anything serious with a professional.
