How do you whiten your teeth?

My teeth are naturally yellow and I mean SUPER yellow it looks like really bad
I only drink one cup of coffee a day and then I down almost 100 oz. of water (ADHD meds make my mouth the Sahara desert)! 
What do you use to whiten your teeth? 
What kinds of whitening (professional or kit) methods have been successful?

I use a 5 minute teeth whitening gel and if your teeth are badly stained the bottle says you can leave it on for 15-20 mins. Do it twice a day till your teeth are the color you want and then once a week to maintain it. Drink your coffee through a straw because it does stain your teeth badly

I personally like the Colgate Total Advanced Whitening toothpaste, and then I also use Listerine mouthwash (use both 2x a day). I find that this combo keeps my teeth pretty white, even though I'm an avid coffee drinker. About once every 18 months or so I'll buy Crest White Strips and use those 1x per day for a week and those work wonders. I've tried lots of different whitening stuff in the past and I find this works best for me!

I got the charcoal whitening powder stuff and it works! Top is before, and bottom is after 2 uses. Not a huge difference, but it's there!

Venus whitening syringes work great. (it's like 20 dollars on Amazon) but you'll need to get your trays (molds of your teeth) from a dentist office.

I have really bad yellow teeth too I’ve been using my sensitive toothpaste with baking soda and peroxide for the past 2 weeks and you can already see a difference.  Those white strips hurt my teeth so I had to find an alternative.
