New Birth Control Advice.. please help!!

Okay so birth control pills aren’t working for me. Before, I was on Tri-Previfim and it worked perfect.. I was on it for about 6 months and then I switched to Tri-Femynor. The problem is..Tri-Femynor has literally been drying out my vagina and I’m horrible with taking my pills on time. My boyfriend is so sweet and supportive but if I noticed a difference.. I’m sure that he has too.

We have sex quite often but we have to use a lot of spit and lube. I’m only 18 and I shouldn’t be having this problem. It started after I began Tri-Femynor. I’ve been on Tri-Femynor for 3 months.

Now I’m looking to try the implant method or the IUD.. I see plenty of bad reviews on them but everyone’s body is different. Me and my boyfriend have been researching like crazy to try and make sure that we’ve carefully reviewed all of the different options for me. I’d just like some advice in the comments about which would be better. I’m scared of the IUD because I don’t like the thought of it being in my vagina. The thought of the implant doesn’t scare me but still....I see it went badly for a lot of people. Prices don’t matter because my insurance will cover it. Do you guys think that I may have a better experience since I’m already on birth control? I plan on asking my doctor plenty of questions but I’d like to see what you gals have to say. Please reply!!
