Period flow

My flow has gotten so heavy since stopping birth control.

Like I used to have a 7 day period and I’d need super plus for the first 2 days, supers for the next 3 and then I could wear regulars for the last two days.

I discontinued the Nuva Ring back in February and now my periods are so heavy that I’m buying Ultra tampons and bleeding through in less than 3 hours🤦🏾‍♀️ and my period is now 5 days long but heavy the entire time.

It’s a pain in my butt especially at night.

Has anyone else experienced this after getting off birth control?
