Can clomid affect length of period?

So I just finished my 2nd round of clomid. AF was due this past Friday. Tested Thursday morning and BFN. Friday evening (around 4-5pm) I started spotting. Saturday I thought AF had arrived. Had a steady flow but nothing compared to how it normally is on day 1 of period. Color was also slightly different than normal. Yesterday, so day 2, flow was a little lighter than Saturday but still present. Last night I wore a liner to bed, woke up with nothing on it. And whenever I wipe today it is just a very very slight brownish tint. So basically AF only lasted 2 days? Typically my periods are 5 days long. Can clomid affect my period this much? Tested again this morning and another BFN.
