Insulin Resistance
Hi ladies, I recently had blood work done to see what was going on (no period since January) and looks like I have insulin resistance. I’ve been taking a medication to induce my period, and they’ve also started me on Metformin. Anyone have any success stories or advice for me? Very new to this! I’m trying to keep low carb too, so we’ll see how that works 😬. All the positive vibes appreciated 💕
