I really need help

Okay ladies I didn’t know where to post but I’ve done 3 different pregnancy test over the course of 2 weeks and some look faintly positive where others don’t. I’ve had pregnancy like symptoms that all lead to one thing, but I went to the doctors today and I did a test and it was negative. I don’t know what is going on I am waiting till my next period to see what’s that is like then going for bloods, has anyone experienced this and been pregnant or just unlucky haha
