So for a while now my skin has been dry and like flaking off on my T-Zone.

I’m wondering if you ladies know if spironolactone can cause this. I’ve been taking those pills for my acne for I’d say 5 months now. I’ve searched online but it keeps coming that spironolactone shouldn’t cause dry skin.

Anyways onto my main question how do I maintain my skin now?

I use Cerave moisturizer and the face wash as well but it’s like nothing helps.

Should I be exfoliating more?
