Cravings keep me from loosing weight
I’m totally one of those people with a sweet tooth yet I’m short on money at the moment so healthy food is really expensive to me right now. Although, I get sick all the time because I have a sensitive stomach and I gained 25 pounds which makes me feel awful. Because I’m used to all the sugary foods, it’s been really hard for me to just buckle down and restrict my eating without unhealthy and mentally damaging methods. Any advice?
